Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of desk-ops.com and the services provided by Desk-Ops, a DBA of Think Tank Consulting LLC ("Desk-Ops", "we", "our", or "us"). By using this website or requesting an invite, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Desk-Ops architects, builds, and runs secure virtual-desktop and private-AI environments for small and mid-sized firms. desk-ops.com currently operates a private-beta invite funnel and a readiness-survey booking. Availability, scope, and pricing are described during a readiness survey and confirmed in a written agreement; nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quote.

Eligibility

You must be a business representative authorized to request services on your firm's behalf. The beta is limited and selected by fit.

Invite Requests and Communications

When you submit an invite request or book a survey, you consent to us contacting you by email about your request. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not run an SMS program.

AI Agent Services

Our agentic change-testing signs in like a real user, runs applications, and returns video and a written pass-or-fail record. By relying on this output you acknowledge:

  • The agent tests and reports; it never decides. It is advisory and is not placed in a privileged deploy path.
  • Automated results can contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified person before you act on them.
  • You will not attempt to manipulate, overload, or exploit the systems we operate for you.

Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Think Tank Consulting LLC. Environments we build for you, and your data and images, remain yours and are portable from day one, as set out in your written agreement.

Third-Party Services

This website relies on third-party providers, including GoHighLevel for scheduling and CRM, Meta for advertising measurement, and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms.

This website and the invite funnel are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Descriptions of what we are "building toward" are statements of direction, not present capabilities or guarantees.
